| The Technology Knowledge Manager must collect information such as Technology Knowledge Objects, work products, performance
measures, improvement information derived from the Technology Knowledge Management process. Technology Knowledge Manager,
would have come across best practices, improvement areas, lessons learnt etc. while managing this process those must be
documented in the Technology Knowledge Management Summary. This then serves as reference for other similar engagements in
future. |
